Curriculum Vision for Religious Education
In our ever changing modern world, pupils at SJA will be encouraged to appreciate and celebrate the values in world religions, see how they enhance our society and embrace the cultural differences they provide with respect and equality. At Scartho Junior Academy we understand the importance of religion, and how developing knowledge and understanding of religions encourages us to ask questions and challenge intolerance or prejudice. Our children will develop respect, knowledge and understanding of the key practices and beliefs that major religions and worldviews live their lives by.
