SEN and Wellbeing

Here at Scartho Junior Academy, we believe in inclusion and creating a place where every
child matters; we aim to encourage all children to develop a lifelong love of learning. During times of change, we understand how important it is to support our young people to find their own successes: whether that be academic, learning to regulate their own wellbeing or learning lifelong skills. Our aim is that all children achieve their best - becoming confident individuals, who live fulfilled lives and celebrate their successes well into adulthood.

To support parents at home, we have gathered together a range of supportive documents,
some for your own information and, others, activities for the children to complete. By following the links below you should be able to find lots of things you may need to guide and help your child. The nurture and wellbeing tab may also be useful for any child experiencing anxiety and unrest at the moment.

Please feel free to email Miss Fawn (SENCo) on nichola.fawn@scarthojunior.co.uk if you feel there is anything in particular you need support or advice with and remember your child’s class teacher is always there should you need them.
