Scheme of Delegation and Terms of Reference
As a 'Single Academy Trust', we do not have to have a scheme of delegation and can rely on our terms of reference to identify our governance functions, where they are exercised and who makes decisions. However, as a trust, we have decided to have a scheme of delegation as well as terms of reference. Our scheme of delegation details our governance structures in place and defines lines of responsibility and accountability; it describes who carries out which governance function and can make the decisions associated with that function.
